Israel Fernández is a born and bred flamenco artist, hailing from a Gypsy family in Toledo, who discovered his musical gift at a young age. At just 11 years old, he won his first televised competition, showcasing his talent.

Currently, Israel Fernández has four albums on the market, with his latest two, "Universo Pastora" (Universal Music, 2018) and "Amor" (Universal Music, 2020), solidifying his position as one of the great figures in the genre and in Spanish music. With "Amor," he achieved significant milestones, such as entering the 7th position in sales in its second week of release, a nomination for Best Flamenco Album at the Latin Grammy Awards, the industry award (Odeón) for Best Flamenco Album, and being included among the best national albums of 2020 by prominent music publications in the country, such as Rockdelux, MondoSonoro, ABC, and Babelia (El País). One of his recent singles, "La inocencia," featuring El Guincho and Diego del Morao, was embraced by the public as another testament to his tireless contribution to music, earning him a nomination for Best Flamenco Song at the Odeón Awards. GQ magazine included him in their list of the 21 musicians with the greatest global projection.

In 2023, Israel Fernández will present his new work, "Pura Sangre," at the Teatro Real in Madrid as part of the seventh edition of the Universal Music Festival. This performance will mark the debut of this project, featuring a repertoire that combines the best of traditional cante jondo with the most current sounds, thanks to a collaboration with Pional, one of the most internationally renowned figures in electronic music.
